BEST BOOTS

It seems like boots have gained a very good share of popularity in the Philippine fashion scene.  The growing number of girls in boots has become noticeable everywhere, specially in malls, churches and offices.  


For my part, I boast of 2 pairs which are good price finds.

I chanced upon this pair in a shop in Taiwan.  Priced approximately at Php800.  Suede leather in brown with medium height heels.  Comfy for everyday wear that goes well with jeans, leggings, skirt or dress.

Also a bargain from Marikina Shoe Expo, Cubao Quezon City.  This is an unplanned purchase, but was so irresistible the moment i fitted.  Made of genuine sheep skin, inside and out, certainly a good buy at Php 800.  This is fashionable to wear with jeans or leggings, for casual or formal attire.  Solimar also accepts made-to-order genuine leather boots.  But you better go there with a shoe design to copy from.  For a wide design selection, you may check out OVERSTOCK.

For my first, and definitely not the last, dining experience at Jeak's Steak, I had T-Bone Regular with mashed potato and veggie side dish.  The steak was tender and juicy medium-grilled, with just the right amount of light gravy.  The mashed potato goes well with the steak, with its buttery taste that melts in your mouth.  

A glass of ice-blended margarita made everything more perfect for a relaxed weekday night dinner.  

Whoever Jake is, I give him and his place my 2 thumbs up!

I would definitely recommend it to my friends and I would be back pretty soon.
